Cancellations and Returns
Once Products have been delivered, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery for a refund. If returning items, please ensure that they are unopened and sufficiently protected and packaged to avoid damage during transit. We will be unable to refund items which have been damaged in transit due to inappropriate packaging. When returning products you do so at your own risk and cost, please return them to us by post or courier together with proof of purchase (a receipt or dispatch note). If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you (or refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage.
IT IS ADVISORY TO ORDER A SAMPLE OF WALLPAPER FIRST TO SEE THE EXACT COLOUR WHICH MAY NOT BE ACCURATE ON SCREEN.
