We keep most of our wallpapers in stock. However, if we don't have enough to cover your order or if we are out of stock, there is a 3-6 week lead time. Please email us so we can provide you with an accurate lead time.
We maintain a limited stock of fabric to ensure quick dispatch of small orders. For larger orders, the lead time is typically 4-6 weeks.
All products are sent by courier and are fully tracked and need to be signed for. DO NOT sign and accept goods which have been damaged in transit as once signed for we are unable to make a refund so please ensure to inspect the package before signing for it. Please inform us of this situation immediately.

Refund Policy
We understand that estimating the right amount of wallpaper for your project can be tricky. To make things easier for you, we're happy to offer a full refund on orders up to £1,000. Just ensure the rolls are in perfect unopened, re-sellable condition, and returned within 90 days of purchase.
We recommend ordering a wallpaper sample first to see the exact colour, as it may vary from what you see on screen.
Since wallpaper is printed in batches, slight colour variations can occur between different batches. To ensure consistency, please try to order the correct amount needed for your project, as we may not have the same batch in stock later. If you order too much, we can issue a refund for up to £1,000.
It is the customer's responsibility to return unwanted orders. Please use a reputable shipping provider with tracking, as it is up to the customer to ensure the product is delivered back to us in perfect, resealable condition. All rolls must remain unopened.

We regret that we cannot offer refunds on fabric, as it is cut to order. However, if the product is faulty, we will provide a replacement. Please return the faulty product, and upon inspection, a replacement will be sent out. Witch and Watchman will cover the shipping costs. There is a 30 - day time limit (from the date of delivery) for exchanges on fabric. Please inspect the fabric for defects as soon as possible to ensure a quick exchange if needed.

1. Nonwoven wallpapers are very user friendly and easy to install.
2. Perfect for DIY wallpaper projects, because nonwoven wallpaper is incredibly easy to install and equally easy to remove.
3. Tear-resistant when wet, thus making nonwoven wallpapers easier to handle while installing.
4. Nonwovens are breathable, helping them endure mould and mildew conditions.
5. Nonwovens neither expand or contract, they do not change their size, and do not shrink when they are dry.
6. Seams are barely visible.
Clean wallpaper by using mild soap and a sponge.
7. Nonwoven wallpaper removes in full sheets, totally dry without the use of special tools or chemicals.
8. Simply paste the wall and install.
9. We recommend a Ready Mixed Light Grade Adhesive
Before hanging, please ensure all rolls are undamaged, verify that the numbers and letters match for each roll of the design, and confirm that all colors are consistent. Witch and Watchman do not assume responsibility for any hanging costs.
Take extra care when papering around electric switches and power points. Do not allow moisture to drip onto electrical contacts.
Prepare wall by removing all traces of dirt, old wallpaper, or loose paint. Do not hang wallcoverings on any wall with a history of damp. Fill any cracks and allow to dry before hanging. Absorbent surfaces should be appropriately sized using a diluted wallpaper adhesive. Sealed walls, i.e painted should be rubbed with sandpaper to create a ‘key’.
It is important that the walls are of an even and consistent colour. If they are not then consideration should be given to painting them with an appropriate colourwash. Alternatively, we recommend that walls be ‘lined’ horizontally using a good quality lining paper. Allow this to dry fully.
We recommend the use of a light ready mixed adhesive. Evenly apply the adhesive directly onto the wall using a brush or short pile emulsion roller. It is not necessary to pre-cut the lengths of paper as it can be applied direct from the roll. Apply the wallcovering to the wall and smooth down with a good quality hanging brush or plastic spatula. Do not overlap, use butt joins.
Carefully wipe any excess paste from the face of the paper immediately with a clean damp sponge before it dries.
After hanging 2 or 3 lengths, inspect the results to ensure that there is no shading or other fault.
